- Utilize inventory tracking systems to record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels accurately.
- Evaluate deliveries, shipments, and product levels to enhance inventory control procedures.
- Check every product for accuracy upon into our POS for price/cost/allotment/THC and has the correct information associated with each product regarding the dominance, description, and photo.
- Assist with identifying products that need to be moved to the sales floor after delivery and check in.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and General Managers to address inventory discrepancies and errors with packaging or stickering.
- Partner with Marketing department to ensure that products are accurately represented on the online menus; pricing, descriptions, THC/Cannabinoids, etc.
- Collaborate with the Inventory Control Manager for daily, weekly, and full inventory audits.
- Analyze daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory issues and shortages.
- Collaborate with the Retail Leadership to optimize deliveries, and shipments for operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with General Managers to achieve business goals and address inventory personnel matters.
- Oversee the pick and pack model of inventory flow to support management objectives.
- Monitor demand and analyze data to anticipate future supply and logistical requirements.

- Proven experience with inventory control systems, stock tracking, audits, and efficient stock movement management.
- Supervisory experience in a retail and/or inventory environment.
- Mastery of Office 365 suite, particularly adept in Excel with comprehensive proficiency across all Microsoft applications.
- Understanding of inventory management systems; knowledge of METRC or Dutchie is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to identify and resolve inventory-related issues and discrepancies effectively.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Emphasis on leadership and mentoring inventory team members.
- Intrinsic motivation for success and a strong work ethic.
- Required to work flexible retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays as needed.
- Travel is required to all retail locations within MO, IL and any future markets.
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must pass all required background checks
- Must possess valid driver's license or state ID
- Remain compliant with all legal and company regulations for working in the industry
- Must be able to lift, carry, and balance up to 30 pounds (100 pounds with assistance).
