What You'll Do:

Collaborate with our Recruiting team to ensure we hit our ambitious hiring goals

What We're Looking For:

1+ year(s) of recruiting coordination, admin, or operations experience in a fast paced environment
Proactive and customer service oriented, and the ability to work through ambiguity
Ability to build relationships and establish rapport quickly with employees at all levels
Basic familiarity or ability to quickly pick up core tools such as Google Suite, Mac OS, Zoom, and Slack with mínimal direction
Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Nav experience is a plus
Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple highpriority tasks at once
Positive attitude and the ability to have fun at work
Ability to be in our NYC 23 days a week on average
