Sales staff responsibilities:

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments for current and potential customers
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach potential customers through cold calling
  • Analyze territory/market sales potential, track sales and prepare status reports
  • Provide the management team with reports on customer needs, interests, and problems, competitor activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Stay current on best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through the comments and opinions you receive

Requirements:


-Bilingual ( spanish and english )

  • Great motivation to achieve goals, with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent sales, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the needs of the audience
  • Relationship management skills and openness to comments and opinions

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
$ $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week


Compensation package:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Monthly bonus

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (preferred)
