YOUR TASKS:

Ensuring the proper technical condition of the serviced technical systems
Independent inspections, maintenance and testing of building systems (e.g. heating / air conditioning / ventilation / plumbing)
Conducting control rounds and inspections
Proactive repairs and maintenance
Accompanying and supporting technical operations of the client
Digital documentation of performed tasks via mobile devices (e.g. maintenance protocols)

YOUR PROFILE:

Technical education, e.g. as a facility mechanic for heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, mechatronics for refrigeration technology, central heating and ventilation builder, gas and water installer or similar
Experience in facility maintenance and repair
Knowledge of building systems and technical operations
Ability to work independently and in a team
Good communication skills
Fluent in German, basic knowledge of English is a plus
