Description
We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to manage our front desk and be part of the NeuroSport team.
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clinic. You will welcome patients, answer the phones, schedule appointments, and collect payments. To be successful, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as this is also a customer service role. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and organizational skills are essential for this position. Strong computer skills are also essential for this position.Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients as soon as they arrive at the office
- Check messages and answer incoming phone calls
- Assist with scheduling patients
- Collect payments
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, scanning, and faxing
- Assist with cleaning/laundry
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

- High school degree
