Work Days/Times:

Monday-Friday, 7:
15am-4:
15pM/Flexibility of hours due to driving requirements for position


Hours per week:
40 hpw

Downers Grove-Spectrum

The 1 :
1 Aide works one-on-one or in small groups with assigned client.

They are responsible for providing support and assistance to the DT Trainer/floor supervisor in implementing the programmatic activities and ensuring the safety for an assigned adult client at the adult day workshop.


Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or GED. (Some college preferred.
  • 1 year of experience with DD population, preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must have a valid IL drivers license, proof of auto insurance and a clean driving record, with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 5 years.
  • Must be able to meet and maintain PACE requirements for driving portion of the position.
