ACCOUNTANT INVOICE PROCESSING - ACCOUNTS PAYABLE (M/F/D)

Aschheim near Munich, Germany

We are looking for you to join our established accounts payable team at our Aschheim-Dornach location. Our team of ten is responsible for all questions and issues related to invoice processing and verification.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Allocation and posting of merchandise invoices, taking into account correct payment terms.
Correspondence with internal departments such as logistics, purchasing, and finance.
Analysis of price and quantity differences in merchandise invoices.
Linking merchandise invoices with corresponding goods receipts and clearing the GR/IR account.
Preparation and processing of debit notes to our suppliers.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship and ideally have gained initial professional experience in accounting.
Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel), SAP and/or Navision knowledge is an advantage.
You have a strong affinity for numbers and analytical skills.
You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have an independent, structured, and
