Job Summary:

Teacher/Tutor with a Wilson Reading Certification to provide in-school intervention, coaching, and skills acquisition to identified students during regular school hours for the school year.

As an educational consulting firm established in 2008, we specialize in one-to-one and small group tutoring to enhance the learning outcomes of students with remedial and special education needs in the area of Reading.

The company works collaboratively with the established school teams to meet shared goals. Currently the company is in several school districts in Bergen County, New Jersey.

The successful applicant
must be certified in Wilson Reading and have two years teaching or tutoring experience.

The applicant will join our team as an independent contractor and receive a 1099 at the end of each calendar year.

The company offers flexible schedules and competitive hourly pay.


Responsibilities:

• Effectively implement the Wilson Reading Program or Fundations to students
• Write PLAAFS, goals, and objectives for the students annual reviews
• Attend IEP meetings if requested by the case manager
