- Instructional Designer will develop comprehensive training plans for phone agents and digital specialists to meet contact center and corporate development expectations. This involves using various approaches such as new-agent orientation, just-in-time training, manuals, guides, and other instructional materials.
- Serve as a hands-on Subject Matter Expert (SME) regarding program expectations, understanding agents' challenges, and representing the program effectively.
- Instructional Designer will partner with various stakeholders to enhance GHW's blended learning strategies.
- Establish best practices for training design and assist in their implementation.
- Instructional Designer will lead the end-to-end process of updating training materials in response to business changes. This includes gathering information, gaining stakeholder approvals, and developing and delivering the final product.
- Design and develop training material that can be quickly updated within the program's resources.
- Instructional Designer will engage in instructional design tasks independently or collaboratively for various lines of business.
- Conduct job-task analyses, determine instructional strategies, set measurable objectives, and design logical course structures in partnership with SME's.

- 2-3 years of professional instructional design experience and training development.
- A bachelor's degree in training, Instructional Design, Education, is a plus.
- Proficient in Articulate 360, Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator Premiere Pro), and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Project Management experience a plus.
