JOB SUMMARY

Run reports daily to send out up to three additional request letters via mail/fax/phone call for claims pended for records.

Attach all letters/member denials/documents to corresponding claims in Ez-Cap. Weekly review/attached correct EOB's to checks to send out for signatures. Mail out Checks once received from administration. Any other task assigned by Supervisor/Manager/Director.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Requires an ability to communicate well, multitask and stay organized
Knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong computer and data entry skills

SKILLS

Must have effective communication, facilitation, interpersonal and professional diplomacy skills.
Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Able to Problemsolve, negotiate and demonstrate independent decisionmaking.
Strong communication skills in both oral and written form.
Positive attitude and takes a team approach to management.
Maintain strong skills in diplomacy, professionalism and trustworthiness.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
Detail oriented with desire for producing work with 100% accuracy.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.

Pay:
$16.50-$21.45/hr DOE
