    Description
    We are seeking a professional *Accounts Payable Specialist* to join a growing team in *Liberty, SC*. This is a _full time, 8 month temporary assignment_. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience with Accounts Payable and will be comfortable with Microsoft Excel.

    *Job Description:


    • Vouch vendor invoices, including employee expense reports
    • Print, stamp, and review vendor invoices monthly for issues by matching the received not invoiced report against PO price, invoice price, PO quantity and invoice quantity
    • Continuously monitor received not invoiced report for timeliness of invoices received
    • If there are lingering receipts, either contact the vendor or send to purchasing to resolve getting the invoice or write off the receipt
    • Calculate taxes on all appropriate parts in the current system
    • Pull data for internal and external auditors
    • Select vendor invoices for payment
    • File all vendor invoices

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • 2 + years of AP or relevant Accounting expereince
    • Comfortable with MS Office Suites including Excel
    • Team Player Attitude
    • Great attention to detail

    Hours:

    • Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
    • 100% onsite
    • 8 month Temporary Assignment

    Pay:
    * $20 - $25 hourly

    #staffing
