Your tasks:
- Professional management of customer reception
- Telephone customer reception for technical support
- Acceptance of incoming customer inquiries by phone or email
- Creation of tickets in the ERP system
- Creation of call statistics
- Alternating coverage in customer reception between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm
- Maintenance of customer master data in the ERP system
Your profile:
- Experience in dealing with customers
- Enjoyment of making phone calls
- You ideally have first experience in personnel management

- Team-oriented person with independent and responsible work style
- Sense of responsibility and resilience
- Basic technical understanding and quick comprehension
- Good knowledge of German in spoken and written (knowledge of English is an advantage)
