Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming customer inquiries face to face
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure customer retention
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive demeanor at all times.
  • There is no phone work

Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques for upselling products or services
  • Demonstrated phone etiquette and active listening skills

Pay:
$ $800.00 per week
