Sales and Customer Service opportunity for an energetic, driven people-person with a glowing personality that is keen on a service-centered approach to attracting and developing customer loyalty.

You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, scheduling, resolving customer issues, and promoting additional services.

• Answering calls and performing follow up calls with clients to learn about and address their needs.
• Provide information about our products and services and communicating value
• Troubleshoot and resolve service issues
• Document and update customer records
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our scope of services
• Build customer loyalty and repeat service

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients on the phone
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Preparing estimates and sales experience
  Knowledge of carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, carpet repair, air duct cleaning, granite countertop cleaning, marble floor cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning. IICRC Certification.
