At the County Office of Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald, located in Freiburg, the position of a full-time construction draftsman will be available in the Department of Building Construction in the Central-East division starting April 1st, 2023.


Your main responsibilities:


  • Creating digital construction drawings for buildings (design, construction, and detail plans), escape and rescue routes, as well as fire safety and fire department plans
  • Conducting building surveys and creating existing plans
  • Managing and archiving existing and revision plans
  • Quantity and cost estimation for tenders and performance specifications
  • Developing area layouts and feasibility studies for needs planning

Your qualifications:


  • Training as a construction draftsman or a comparable professional qualification
  • CAD knowledge, preferably Allplan Nemetschek
  • MS Office skills
  • Independent, resultsoriented, and systematic work approach
  • Friendly and confident communication with clients (planning offices, schools, municipal representatives)
  • Collaborative and active team player
