Director of Marketing

The Marketing Manager is responsible for executing Conn Selmer's multi-faceted marketing activities.

This includes, but is not limited to, marketing automation buildout, segmented email campaigns, customer journey mapping, web-site management, event and lead management, digital analysis, and on-going support for our dealer partner network.

The Marketing Manager is also accountable for evaluating the competitive landscape and recommending new opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute marketing campaigns across audience groups, with an emphasis on lead generation and sales integration using Dynamics Marketing and CRM applications
Update digital content on the website and manage enhancements to improve reliability and user experience (UX)
Responsible for reporting suite for marketing programs
Coordination of master communication calendar
Responsible for all trade related events and related lead generation capturing from events
Drive online product training for internal and external clients
Plan and run targeted campaigns for lead generation and contribute to critical functions associated with fulfilling the sales cycle

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Music, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
Extensive experience in brand marketing and digital marketing strategies within the music industry.
Proven track record of conceptualizing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand growth and engagement.
Strong leadership skills, capable of inspiring cross-functional teams and guiding them towards shared objectives.
Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and relationship-building.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to optimize marketing strategies.
Familiarity with music licensing and copyright regulations is advantageous.
Willingness to travel frequently to industry events and engagements.
