Job Objective:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
This role requires a creative and analytical thinker who can lead a team, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive results.
This position reports to the Director, Marketing who evaluates performance annually.Essential Job Functions:

Identify and capitalize on opportunities related to service lines to maximize business growth and success.
Collect and analyze data related to service lines to gain insights and inform marketing strategies.
Create budgets and marketing plans specifically tailored for grant proposals.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
Coordinate internal marketing communication services to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient execution of marketing activities.
Develop and deliver presentations on marketing activities, strategies, and policies to internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and target audience insights.
Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, and make recommendations for innovation and improvement.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of building and developing high-performing marketing teams.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns and strategies that resonate with the target audience and differentiate the brand.
Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment and embrace change.
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
Must have reliable transportation, a current driver's license, and provide proof of insurance to travel to different job sites.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is required.
Proven experience as a marketing manager or a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing.
Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, including budgeting, optimization, and performance analysis.
Physical Requirements:
Regular use of a computer, phone, and other office equipment.
Some travel may be required for attending industry events, conferences, or meetings.
