    Hello everyone I'm a Regional Director and Life Insurance Agent with American Income Life: Giddens Nation. In 2023 our company expereince a massive 86% YTD growth and opened 4 new office locations. Because of our massive growth we are experiencing an increase in demand and we are looking for additional Agents. We enroll labor unions and government employees, such as police officers, firefighters, and school teachers, into their supplemental life insurance benefits through their associations. We enroll our members virtually through Zoom.

    Work environment is extremely positive, supportive, and motivational. We want everyone to succeed. Although we visit clients virtually, we work in office so you must be comfortable commuting to our office location. There is absolutely no cold-calling or prospecting and 100% of all leads are company provided at no-cost to our agents. Some of the incentives we offer are Weekly Pay & Weekly Bonuses, a Union Membership with Life and Health benefits for individual or families, Monthly Residual Income, a Stock Purchase Program, and Industry-leading Virtual Training and Technology. Training is paid. You will also have the opportunity to participate in a career track to leadership/management.

    Ideal candidates have a strong customer service background and understand how important it is to put the needs of the clients first. They may also have previous experience in sales, finance, marketing, hospitality or even entrepreneurship. However, since this is an entry level position, we are willing to train the right candidate so long as they bring a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
