Job Description:
This will also include Marketing part time with home health, hospice, hospitals, assisted living, rehabilitation, and any other facilities that may have services for clients.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:_
- Previous experience in LEAD Caregiving.
- Availablity that coinsides with the needs of all clients on all shifts.
- Compassion, patience, and a strong desire to help others.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Be a trainer/mentor to care providers as needed.
- Maintain consistent quality service delivery.
- Fill in if needed for call off's
- Be in charge of the on call team.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a background check
