    Description

    Job ID:

    Pay Range: $20 - $23/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identifies and manages existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and the job role.
    • Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled.
    • Follows written risk and compliance policies, standards, and procedures for business activities.
    • Handles most aspects of the dispute cycle specific to the auto line of business by conducting the appropriate research and communicating the outcome to the member/vendor in a professional and timely manner.
    • Resolves moderate member and/or vendor disputes related to coverage, billing, or services provided.
    • Applies moderate analytical problem-solving skills by accurately identifying the issue and determining the best outcome.
    • Evaluate complaints escalated from CEO Advocacy departments and provide written responses and feedback to assist Advocacy in the resolution of the complaints.
    • Knowledgeable in Regulation-Z

    Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

    • Max of 1yr
    • Reg Z
    • VISA/VROL
    • Must know credit card fraud which is different than disputes.

    What are the top three technology tools this resource must have knowledge using?

    • Regulation Z (Reg-Z)
    • VISA/Visa Resolve Online (VROL)

    Can you please provide a brief description of the daily duties using the technology tools above?

    • We investigate credit card fraud and try to recover. We utilize the top 2 above daily.

    What are some job responsibilities specific to your team for this role?

    • Recover/ call out merchants/ call out members/ We have completed 6 cases per hour.
