    Join us in shaping the future of retail through innovation and automationPrimary ResponsibilitiesIdentify areas for cost reduction, waste elimination, and process improvementLead cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement initiativesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on process design and improvementUse industrial engineering techniques such as time studies, work measurement, and motion analysis to identify opportunities for process optimizationUtilize statistical tools and methodologies to analyze data and perform root cause analysisLead or support project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and budgetingJob Requirements/PreferencesBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field preferredStrong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six SigmaProficient in the use of process mapping, data analysis, and statistical tools (Minitab)Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analyticallyStrong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliar with mfg processes, supply chain management, and quality management systemsCertification in Lean Six Sigma or project management (e.g., PMP) is a plusThis position is not sponsorship eligible.
