Your career start at KfW

  • Every three months, you will alternate between theory semesters at the Technical University of Central Hesse in Bad Vilbel and practical semesters at KfW.
  • From the beginning, you will actively work in small teams on challenging IT projects and learn how to analyze and efficiently design information systems.
  • You will also go through different departments at KfW and gain insight into various business areas such as accounting and domestic credit processing.
  • With additional courses in business English and supporting technical seminars, we will prepare you for an excellent degree.
  • Of course, we offer an attractive training salary and cover 100% of the semester fees at THM.
What you bring:
  • Very good high school diploma (Abitur) as well as good to very good English and mathematics skills
  • Great interest in information technology and economic contexts
  • You are enthusiastic about regular exchange and interaction with other people
  • High sense of responsibility, reliability, and discretion
  • Flexibility and interest in topics such as digitalization and agile working methods
  • Commitment and enjoyment of working in a team
  • A plus, not a must: First knowledge of computer science
