- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems and boilers.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
- Travel to job sites in the service area, and work with the dispatcher to ensure the schedule is maintained.
- Document all installed equipment upon arrival: make model, serial number, type of fuel, and pictures asnecessary.
- Assist clients in evaluating repair vs. replacement options.
- Assist in generating and scheduling a replacement.
- 2-5 years ofexperience in HVAC service
- EPA certification preferred, not required
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug testing
- Must be willing to pursue, develop and participate in continuing education.
- Experienced in forced hot air / Hot water systems
- Plumbing experience aplus, but not required
- Must be able to consistently lift and carry 50-75lbs
- Must be authorized to work in the US
