    .We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our healthcare team. As a PTA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide therapy services that help improve patient mobility, alleviate pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities.

    *Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
    • Help patients perform specific exercises as part of their therapy regimen.
    • Administer manual therapy techniques, therapeutic modalities, and equipment.
    • Monitor patient progress and report findings to the Physical Therapist.
    • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and care strategies.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments, progress, and responses.
    • Ensure treatment areas are clean, organized, and equipped with necessary supplies.
    • Adhere to all healthcare regulations, standards, and protocols.
    *Qualifications:
    • Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
    • Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
    • CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team environment.
    • Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
    *Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to lift and assist patients as needed.
    • Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve prolonged standing, walking, bending, and stretching.
    • Manual dexterity and coordination.

    Job Types:

    $ $38.86 per hour
