I am going to have a knee prosthesis surgery in October in Madrid and will need a couple of months for recovery. When I return to Tenerife, specifically to Guimar where my gym is located, I would like to find a personal trainer who can motivate me. I have been training with weights and cardio for 36 years, but I have a lot of arthritis and now I have to have surgery. Currently, I am doing Pilates on a machine, but it is too gentle for me. I hope the surgery goes well, as I am being operated by a renowned specialist in the field of traumatology in Madrid. I am waiting for a surgery date and I hope you can take me into consideration.
