Your Responsibilities:

In coordination with the project team, you prepare and plan the work at the customer's construction site (personnel, tools and other equipment, material supply, deadlines/milestones)
You take over the system at Sonplas
You are responsible for the onsite construction setup to provide the necessary infrastructure
You coordinate and organize the installation team and subcontractors on site
You act as the main point of contact between the customer's project management and Sonplas to ensure the efficient and timely execution of projects in special machine construction
You support your colleagues during installation and commissioning
You identify and document additional costs
You oversee the system throughout the installation and commissioning phase
You train the customer's employees and instruct them on the safe operation of the system

Your Profile:

You have a completed technical education, preferably with further training as a master or technician
You have several years of professional experience in the field of plant and mechanical engineering, and have experience in leading teams and coordinating construction sites
You have excellent coordination, communication, and moderation skills
You work reliably, transparently, and goaloriented
You are confident and have an entrepreneurial mindset
You have a strong ability to work in a team and are flexible
You have good knowledge of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German or other languages is an advantage
You are willing to travel extensively, both domestically
