We are seeking a motivated Team Leader (M/F/d) with a focus on sustainability in the supply chain. In this role, you will drive sustainable projects and initiatives for HUGO BOSS.

If you are passionate about sustainability and have a global understanding of supply chains, with a clear commitment to sustainable manufacturing and production for future customer satisfaction, then we want you on our team.


What you can expect:

  • Develop strategic concepts and KPIs for a sustainable supply chain, considering social and human rights, environmental issues, and governance for a forwardthinking sustainability approach at HUGO BOSS
  • Define and implement projects, methodologies, and tools to effectively manage and optimize sustainability within the HUGO BOSS supply chain
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as Procurement, Quality Management, Product Development, Creative Teams, Legal, Sales, Retail, and international suppliers, as well as external initiatives and organizations like the Fair Labor Association, ZDHC, or UNFCCC
  • Create reports, monitor and communicate the sustainability performance of the supply chain using KPIs, written content, and providing information for the sustainability report
  • Lead a diverse and experienced team of sustainability and supply chain experts, and promote employee development and motivation (7 team members)
