Key Responsibilities:

Espresso Excellence:
Expertly prepare and serve espresso-based beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, and macchiatos.

Brewing Mastery:
Create consistently high-quality drip coffee and specialty brews, showcasing your knowledge of different coffee beans and brewing methods.
3.
Customer Interaction:
Interact with customers in a friendly and engaging manner, providing recommendations and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
4.
Order Taking:
Efficiently and accurately take customer orders, handle cash transactions, and process payments.
5.
Menu Knowledge:
Stay informed about the coffee menu, including seasonal offerings and special promotions.
6.
Presentation:
Pay meticulous attention to the presentation of beverages, incorporating latte art when applicable.
7.
Cleanliness:
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including coffee machines, grinders, and the service counter.
8.
Upselling:
Suggest additional items, such as pastries or specialty drinks, to enhance the customer experience and contribute to sales.
9.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.

Customer Satisfaction:
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests with a positive and accommodating attitude.
Requirements:

Barista Experience:
Previous experience as a barista in a restaurant or coffee shop is preferred.
