Overview:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a DaSolarPlug.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge solar technology and contribute to the growth of our company.
As a DaSolarPlug, you will play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of solar panels, ensuring efficient and reliable energy production.
Duties:
- Install solar panels on residential and commercial properties
- Conduct site assessments to determine optimal panel placement
- Connect solar panels to electrical systems, ensuring proper wiring and functionality
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on installed solar systems
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues or malfunctions with solar panels or related equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all installations and maintenance activities
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in solar panel installation is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring principles
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Physical stamina and ability to work at heights
- Valid driver's license
Pay:
$75, $150,000.00 per year
