    Overview:


    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our dental practice as a Non-Patient Facing Dental Patient Care Coordinator.

    In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care activities, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless operations within the dental office.

    While this position does not involve direct patient interaction, it plays a crucial role in supporting our dental team and providing excellent patient experiences.


    Schedule (days/hours): M-Th 7:30-4:30 and Fri 7:30-1PM Responsibilities:
    Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the dental office calendar.
    Coordinate patient referrals and follow-up appointments with specialists.
    Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
    Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations.
    Process patient paperwork, including insurance forms and payment transactions.
    Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient office operations.


    Qualifications:
    Proven experience in a similar administrative or coordinator role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
    Proficiency in using dental practice management software and basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office).
    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance billing practices is advantageous but not required.
    Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive patient information

    Qualifications:
    Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting
