The Position:
FullStack is seeking a skilled Salesforce Engineer with experience in myTrailhead to join our team. As a Salesforce Engineer, you will be responsible for building training content solutions on the Salesforce learning platform, myTrailhead.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for custom solutions on the Salesforce platform that utilizes myTrailhead functionality.
Develop and maintain documentation related to the Salesforce myTrailhead solutions and processes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and developments, including new features and functionality related to myTrailhead.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to team members to improve code quality and maintainability.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on myTrailhead solutions.
Knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
