Location: Haar, Bavaria, Germany | Full-time | Permanent | Hybrid

As an HR Specialist (m/f/d), you play a crucial role in automating and digitizing our existing HR processes. Your efforts enable us to bring various HR areas into the digital age and further develop them. Data and analysis are your strengths - "work smart, not hard" is your motto.

This position is available in Haar near Munich, Unterensingen, or Berlin.

Your responsibilities

  • You are a competent business partner (m/f/d) for the digitalization/automation of existing HR processes, as well as the use of IT systems and innovations
  • You are responsible as a key user for our HR systems, including the development of guidelines, process documentation, and training materials
  • You contribute to the management and quality assurance of our service providers
  • You are responsible for HR reporting, including conducting (individual ad-hoc) analyses for various stakeholders and further expanding the reporting system
  • You participate in various HR projects

Your profile

  • You have relevant professional experience in the field of HR and a good understanding of HR-related processes
