Position Overview
Reports to the Vice President of Marketing and Office Manager.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the front office in multiple job duties—learning processes and procedures in accounting and EPA registrations.

Engage and support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to successfully managing office tasks. Provide the required level of service to ensure the company's quality customer service levels are met.


Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Assist in Accounting Duties AP/AR.
  • Assist with State Pesticide/Fertilizer Registrations and Tonnage Reports.
  • Manage Marketing Materials and Trade Show Preparations.
  • Assist in reconciling Source Day and WebForms Purchase Orders.
  • Input and mange ISA CEU's.
  • Help with misc. duties.

  • Microsoft Word

  • Sage

Note:


Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
