    Description

    Job Title: Systems Engineer at Constellation Technologies


    Constellation Technologies Inc. (CTI) is looking for a skilled Systems Engineer with TS/SCI polygraph clearance to provide support to their Intelligence Community clients.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop system design solutions to meet requirements and conduct functional analysis.

    Qualifications (required):

    • Must be a US Citizen.
    • Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
    • Fourteen (14) years of SE experience in similar programs and contracts.
    • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field from an accredited institution. Five (05) years of additional SE experience may substitute a bachelor's degree.
    • Experience in encryption, decryption, cryptography, or strong mathematical skills is a plus.
    • Lead design and development activities, analyze user requirements, and provide technical leadership.
    • Create system architecture, design documentation, and plans. Communicate with stakeholders and senior executives.

    Desired Skills:

    • Knowledge of software development, especially in C programming.
