Job DescriptionJob Title: Procurement Support Specialist
Location: Alpharetta, GA In Office M-F
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Job Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

Special Project Assistance: Assist the Drop/Ship team in managing purchase orders and providing administrative support for special projects.
Vendor Liaison: Serve as a liaison between external vendors and internal teams, delivering timely and professional responses to inquiries via email and phone.
System Administration: Master and oversee the company's procurement system, including data entry, report generation, and issue troubleshooting.
Collaborative Support: Work closely with internal peers and leadership to ensure seamless procurement processes and address any emerging issues.
Customer Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional customer service to vendors, ensuring their needs are met and inquiries are promptly resolved.
Adaptability: Maintain flexibility and adaptability to changes, such as system implementations and integrations, while upholding a positive attitude and professionalism.
Analytical Skills: Apply strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and propose improvement solutions.

Qualifications:

Oracle ERP Knowledge: Experience managing suppliers and purchase orders through Oracle ERPs is advantageous.
Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in computer work, including spreadsheets, Excel, and the Microsoft Office suite. Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
Procurement Experience: Previous experience in procurement, department administration, or finance is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective interaction with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Customer Service Orientation: Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and responsiveness to vendor needs.
Positive Attitude: Consistently exhibit a positive attitude and exceptional work ethic, even in fast-paced environments or when facing challenges.
Fast-Paced Environment: Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
