Pay:
$22.00/hr - $27.00/hr (including performance bonus)_

We are seeking a highly capable Billing Specialist to join our company.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing order packets, processing client invoices, archiving invoice data, and assisting with material purchasing.

An outstanding Billing Specialist will be someone with a keen eye for detail, who can optimize invoicing procedures. All training will be provided, but some basic accounting experience is a plus.


Billing Specialist Responsibilities:

• Implementing invoicing procedures as directed by the Controller and/or Production Manager
• Creating order packets, tracking fulfillment statuses and issuing invoices
• Adhering to company invoicing procedures and policies
• Acquiring the proper approvals for discounts & overbilling corrections
• Verifying tax information to ensure clients are billed correctly
• Assisting with past due or denied invoices as needed
• Effectively communicate with peers, vendors and clients

• Communicate professionally with customers and vendors

Tin Man offers a competitive hourly rate with an hourly performance bonus on top, making the total starting compensation for this position is $22.00/hr (including performance bonus.) We offer weekly pay, a generous 401k match, health/dental/vision insurance (the company pays half) and much more.
