- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages, as well as make change in US currency
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to de-escalate highly emotional situations and resolve situations to benefit the company and the guest
- Upon hire and training, the individual must be able to successfully utilize the facility Point of Sale software
- This individual must be 18 years of age if the facility sells alcoholic beverages

The Fredericksburg Field House is currently accepting applications for Concessions Attendant. The Concessions Attendant is responsible for providing outstanding guest service, receiving and processing payments, serving food and beverage items in a timely manner, as well as preparing and cooking food in a timely manner according to menu standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Concessions Attendant normally performs their duties in a temperature and humidity-controlled environment. Frequent exposure to non-controlled conditions (heat: stoves/ovens; cold: walk-in chillers and freezers) and ambient outdoor weather conditions is required. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
