About the Role
At Dripos, we are customer-obsessed and use lean startup methodology to perfect our all-in-one coffee shop solution.

We are looking for individuals to join our implementation team who are dedicated to building a seamless onboarding experience for our customers.

Your role will involve managing the entire onboarding process, ensuring new customers transition smoothly onto our platform and become proficient in using all Dripos features.


Responsibilities:

End-to
  • End Onboarding Management: Oversee the entire onboarding process, from the initial sale to the customer's live status on Dripos.
This includes onboarding premium features such as Payroll, Stream, and Accounting.

Documentation Excellence: Maintain meticulous and up-to-date notes for every step within the onboarding process, ensuring a comprehensive record of all communications.

Maintain Expertise to Train: Possess in-depth knowledge of Dripos features and effectively train customers on using them during the onboarding process.

Collaborative Self-Onboarding: Support customers in self-onboarding through scheduled educational meetings.

Advocate for Customers: Communicate customer feedback internally to ensure their needs are met.

Occasional Travel: Travel to in-person launches to ensure larger customers have a seamless experience.

Inventory Management: Pack and ship hardware to customers, tracking general product inventory.


What We're Looking For:


  • At least one year of customerfacing experience.
  • Good understanding of how startups work, either firsthand or through other means.
  • Outgoing personality with a strong customerfirst mindset.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

At Dripos don't like putting people into buckets, you are responsible for completing features from start to finish.

Our product spans multiple apps (React-Native), websites (React, ), and servers (MySql, Express) with daunting and complex real-time integrations between all of our services.

Despite the product complexity and feature independence, we are a tight-knit team that collaborates closely to achieve our goals.

Interview Process


Interview Process:

15-Minute Phone Screen: Initial fit assessment on both sides.

60-Minute Zoom Call: Detailed discussion about your background and our company.

Four-Hour On-Site Interview:
In-depth interviews with multiple team members to evaluate your fit with our guiding principles and your skills.


Pay:
$80, $90,000.00 per year
