Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Community Manager for two properties in the Heights.

As the Assistant Community Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with oversight on day-to-day operations of our communities, ensuring a positive living experience for our residents.

Your strong administrative, customer service, and collection skills should be top notch.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage rent collections and process any payments or other fees received and post in Entrata.
  • Assist Community Manager with daily operations.
  • Assist with leasing and tours asneeded. Ensure all movein and moveout procedures have been followed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Conduct property walks and coordinate closely with maintenance staff for any moveouts.
  • Send renewals each month and track renewal progress in alongside the rest of the team.
  • Enforce delinquency policy for all late rent to include placing phone calls, sending letters, knocking on doors, and sending threeday notices. Maintain accurate resident records.
  • File for evictions and coordinate eviction activities with attorney.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property management
  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with contract law and leasing procedures
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowldge of Entrata software

From $22.00 per hour
