The DB Services GmbH is known as a specialist of the German Railway when it comes to facility management, transportation and system services for real estate, industry and mobility.

With around qualified employees in six regional areas, we ensure the smooth operation of facilities, support the availability of buildings, provide transportation services and guarantee high efficiency and added value.

We are currently looking for a Head of Service Area (m/f/d) for the DB Services GmbH at our location in Frankfurt (Main) as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

You are the main contact for all questions related to your area of work within the regional area and towards the DB Services headquarters.
Efficient order processing and service provision in terms of cost, time and quality are part of your responsibilities.
You are responsible for the results and revenue of your assigned service area, as well as managing your assigned employees.
You handle customer support according to the customer care concept, comply with guidelines for work, environmental protection, compliance and data protection (IMS), and manage relevant subcontractors.
Lastly, you organize the management of technical inventory documents, as well as the calculation and creation of offers for the service area.

Your profile:

You have successfully completed a degree in facility management, engineering, real estate management or a comparable qualification as a technician/master in a relevant trade.
You have indepth technical knowledge and experience in facility management or the management and maintenance of buildings and facilities.
You have previous experience in professional and preferably disciplinary management of employees
