Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled full time Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for general maintenance and assisting with maintaining our 80-unit apartment complex.


Responsibilities:

• Indvidual works as an assistant to the maintenance supervisor, as well as independent tasks
• Perform handson repairs & maintenance tasks, such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, cleaning (apt. for move in, ground & common area) demolition & gutouts
• Clean & repair building fixtures including lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, gutters and drains
• Maintain a professional manner with all residents, contractors and fellow employees
• Seasonal landscape care. Snow removal, including shoveling and ice treatment

Requirements:

• Knowledgeable experience in apartment maintenance
• Driver's license
• Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to think critically
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Oncall maintenance will be required some weeks

$ $21.29 per hour

• Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
