Positions in this function are responsible for the management and manipulation of mostly structured data, with a focus on supporting end user data entry needs, coding scripts to process incoming and outgoing data, building and maintaining databases, conducting analysis to distinguish patterns and recognize trends, and performing normalization operations and assuring data quality.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Process incoming data to deliver to internal staff; leading extract, transform, and load processes
- Develop and maintain data infrastructure to streamline and improve the processing systems
- Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for improving performance of internal programs
- Create data sets, data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Communicate and present findings, orally and visually in a way that can be easily understood by business counterparts
- Implements quality assurance mechanisms that ensure proper data entry then also shares feedback on misaligned data submissions
- Serve as a data operations SME with regard to data capture and reporting for new initiatives
- Documentation of processes related to core job functions
- Assisting with projects on adhoc basis

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of health care experience working within a data/analytics role
- 2+ years experience working with and creating databases and dashboards using all relevant data to make informed decisions
- 2+ years of SQLbased programming with the ability to perform effective querying
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAS and ability to build/maintain SAS macro programming
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite of Apps, specifically SharePoint/Teams analytic apps (Lists, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
- Experience building and maintaining Tableau dashboards
- Experience in SQL Server, Snowflake, Teradata or other enterprise level data system
- Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data analysis results to nontechnical stakeholders
- Solid attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
