Delivery Driver Associate

Outside The Box Logistics LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner in search of top-notch delivery associates to join their exceptional team. Delivering a premium experience and setting the bar in delivery service excellence.

No Experience Needed, No CDL Required, just a strong commitment to excellence, keen attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Standard 10-hour workday, with operations taking place in various weather conditions until the job is done.

Immediate full-time and part-time positions available, starting right away. This role demands availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Utilize provided handheld devices for routing and GPS information, as well as customer delivery requests.
• Record and update delivery progress using handheld devices.
• Arrive punctually at the Waldorf warehouse with assigned uniform attire.
• Focus on providing top-notch customer service with every delivery and interaction.
• Lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs. (hand truck provided).
• Work 10+ hour shifts regularly and be prepared for on-call assignments.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards colleagues and customers.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome challenges to meet customer requirements.
• Possess good organizational and communication skills.
• Handle a wide range of packages daily, climbing stairs and navigating in and out of the cargo van.
• Load, unload, and drive the cargo van safely in various weather conditions.
• Ensure the cargo van is clean, fueled, and in good working condition daily.
• Conduct pre and post-route inspections of the cargo van.
• Operate a delivery van weighing 10,000 lbs. or less, with no need to provide your own vehicle.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Possession of a valid Driver's license (CDL preferred).
• Ability to enter/exit the vehicle multiple times a day and climb stairs as necessary.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Clean driving record.
• Capability to lift and transport packages up to approximately 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Compliance with traffic laws and safety measures while operating the company cargo van.
