Account Executive, Wholesale ManagerLocation:

Compensation:
$90,000 base + bonus (TBD)
Travel:
Moderate travel required
Our client, a globally recognized luxury fashion house, is seeking a polished and commercially driven AE, Wholesale Manager to support and grow key retail partnerships across the Americas.
This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-focused sales professional who thrives in a luxury environment and understands how to balance brand integrity with business performance.
The Role:
The AE Wholesale Manager will own and manage strategic retail partnerships, driving sales performance across product categories. This role requires strong business acumen, presence, and the ability to influence buying decisions while maintaining elevated brand standards.
The ideal candidate understands the nuances of luxury wholesale and can confidently speak to sales performance, open-to-buy strategy, sell-through, and margin analysis.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow assigned retail partner relationships
Present seasonal collections and drive wholesale sales across categories
Analyze sales performance, sell-through, and inventory levels to inform buy strategies
Partner with retail buyers to optimize assortment and maximize revenue
Influence and "massage" buys to support both brand positioning and commercial goals
Forecast and report on sales performance and market trends
Coordinate closely with internal merchandising, operations, and leadership teams
Travel as needed to support key accounts
What We're Looking For
4–7+ years of wholesale or sales experience within luxury fashion MUST have shoe and or accessory experience
Existing relationships with major retail partners strongly preferred
Strong executive presence, polish, and professional communication style
Comfort speaking to numbers, margins, and performance metrics
Experience managing or influencing retail buy plans
Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
NYC-based and comfortable with an in-office environment
