Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday)


Purpose Statement/Position Summary:

The Office Manager II is responsible for management, supervision, and oversight of the daily clerical and administrative office duties in the department.

Acts as the Office Manager supervising administrative assistants and other personnel as assigned to ensure that support for a broad range of functions is available to senior leadership team.

Responsible for staff development, facilities management, materials management, coordinating paperwork and access for onboarding administrative new hires and service excellence.

Additionally, the Office Manager II supports the SVP, Foundation including scheduling, managing senior team and all department meeting arrangements. Serves as office manager for the executive suite. Serves as back-up support for CEO, Paul Viviano, when his assistant needs help or is not here. Facilities guests/visitors to executive suite and hospital. Liaises with Board members and major donors for meeting arrangements, etc.


Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 3 or more year of experience in a supervisory or office manager capacity preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education. Prior executive-level support experience highly preferred. 1 or more years of experience in a medical office/clinic setting preferred. Experience in healthcare or academia setting strongly preferred.


Education/Licensure/Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree or a combination of related education and experience required.
