    Description

    Description:

    • Machine Operator for Monolithic department will work in a team environment and operate heavy manufacturing equipment.
    • Ability to work, communicate and participate in a lean and fast changing environment.
    • Requires interface with computer controlled systems.
    • Frequent troubleshooting of both mechanical and computer equipment issues.
    • Must be able to enter data accurately and follow written instructions using the shop floor computer system.
    • Team members are also expected to share in team activities, which include participation in meetings, giving and receiving feedback, sending and reading e-mail, housekeeping and safety activities.

    • Computer skills (Excel, Outlook) would be an asset.

    • SAP Experience desired but not required.

    • 6+ months of work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

    • Motivated by challenges and solving problems, this candidate has a history of exceeding expectations, thrives in a fast paced, customer driven organization, excels in a team environment and exhibits flexibility in order to effectively manage an ever changing work flow.

    • Capable of participating in LEAN exercises.

    • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing "Lean Manufacturing" environment

    • Exceptional attention to detail
