- Strong administrative and analytical skills, including the ability to research, evaluate, and analyze.
- Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of partners.
- Ability to work independently and maintain professional composure.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling critical materials.
- Ability to work well with diverse populations including faculty, staff, and students at the University. Physical/Other Requirements:
- Must be able to push, pull, move or lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to meet all general health requirements for the position as per university policies.
- Ability to travel between campuses independently and work onsite in a campus office. Compensation offered will be commensurate with the educational background and work experience of the individual.

Mercy University's Registrar's Office (RO) is seeking a University Scheduling Specialist to oversee the University Schedule of Classes, academic class scheduling, the course catalog, analysis and maintenance of classroom and instructional-space and scheduling for curricular, cocurricular, and extra-curricular activities across Mercy's three physical campuses and the growing online campus.
