This is your new job

Organizing and leading the quality department at the Lindenberg location; professional and disciplinary management of the team as well as responsibility for the development of employees (m/w/d)
Participation in all operational issues of the department
Definition and monitoring of basic, economic and quality-assuring activities and systems
Ensuring quality throughout the entire product development and change process
Setting quality standards and strategies as well as monitoring their implementation
Responsibility for planning, coordinating and supervising external and internal audits (e.g. ISO 9001:2015, IATF)
Continuous optimization of processes, procedures and systems under Lean principles, including establishment and management of a continuous improvement process
Participation in the support and visits of customers and suppliers as well as targeted supplier development
