Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee all aspects of the Bar Bibi and Pool operations, ensuring effective and efficient daytoday functioning
  • Recruit, train, and manage team members including bartenders, servers, pool experience models, and support staff
  • Oversee the Courtyard during operating hours that require service from Bar Bibi
  • Implement strategies to enhance the guest and club member experience at Bar Bibi and the Pool
  • Ensure that every guest and club member receive personalized and attentive service, addressing concerns or issues promptly and professionally
  • Develop and manage budgets for Bar Bibi, the Courtyard and the Pool, monitoring expenses and revenue. Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen and the frontofhouse
  • Partner with brand team to ensure brand and service standards, rituals and resort programming are met and wellmaintained
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, grooming standards, and service quality at Bar Bibi and the Pool
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and guest and club member satisfaction
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas as appropriate

Qualifications:

  • Passionate about food & beverage and elevated service, with advanced knowledge of F&B operations, ideally within luxury and/or resort environment
  • Management experience with bar and pool operations, including beverage service, food safety standards, and guest relations
  • Hardworking team player with a positive attitude and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
  • Ability to multitask, and make decisions in a fastpaced environment
  • Excels at written and verbal communication
  • Excellent presentation and grooming standards
  • Ability to endure abundant physical movement in various work areas
