Your new tasks:

  • Customer contact via phone, email, and live chat
  • Advising customers on orders, returns, or exchanges
  • Accurately forwarding more complex cases to the appropriate departments

What you should bring:

  • Good MS Office skills
  • Fluent German language skills (spoken and written)
  • English language skills at level B2 are mandatory
